Catherine Daly is the 'Hands On" president and founder of Design East, Inc., Medford, NJ, an
award winning design, marketing and consulting firm specializing in the multi-housing industry,
senior and independent communities, as well as commercial and corporate office spaces.
Design East, Inc. has been servicing new construction as well as renovation projects for over 27 years.

In addition to being very active in her own business, Catherine has also maintained an active
role in numerous apartment and builder organizations. She has served as Present of the
(BLSJ/NJBA/ Sales and Marketing Council as well as the President of The Senior Housing
Council for the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA). She has also served on the National
Sales and Marketing Council and Senior Housing Council. Cathie is also a proud volunteer
(Mrs. Santa) for the annual NJAA Children’s Holiday Party.

Highly recognized as a Design and Marketing professional, Cathie has been a seminar speaker
for The New Jersey Apartment Annual Summit, New Jersey Apartment Association, National
Association of Home Builders, as well as The Builder's League of South Jersey on numerous
occasions.
